The Flagship Gallery

Our gold-thread artworks reveal themselves only in person. On Naoshima — Japan's island of contemporary art — the light moves across each piece, and the gold comes alive.

OpenedApril 29, 2025

See It. Then Acquire It.

Gold Is an Experience You Cannot Photograph

No screen can convey how a gold-thread obi shifts with the angle of the light. In the gallery you can stand before each work, watch it change as you move, and feel the depth of the hand-woven foil. Every piece is one of a kind — what you see in person is the very work you take home.

Our team is on hand to share the story, symbolism, and craftsmanship behind each artwork, to advise on framing and placement, and to arrange acquisition and secure delivery to anywhere in the world.
